RateHawk Enhances Loyalty Program with Faster Rewards and Greater Flexibility

RateHawk has announced improvements to its Pro Series loyalty program, making it easier for travel partners to earn and redeem points.

The travel booking platform has eliminated previous restrictions while accelerating reward processing to provide greater value to its users.

Key Program Enhancements

One update removes the monthly spending cap that previously limited users to €400 worth of loyalty points per month. Travel professionals can now use their accumulated points without monthly restrictions, providing unprecedented flexibility in reward redemption.

RateHawk has also dramatically reduced the waiting period for point crediting. Previously, users waited 60 days after checkout to receive their loyalty points. The new system credits points just two days after checkout or two days after the payment due date, whichever comes later. This acceleration allows partners to utilize their rewards almost immediately.

Additionally, the program now supports wire transfer payments when redeeming loyalty points. Users were previously restricted to card payments only, but can now apply points regardless of their chosen payment method, whether by card or wire transfer deposit.

Strategic Applications for Travel Professionals

The enhanced program offers several strategic advantages for travel agents and booking professionals. Partners can apply loyalty points to offer clients competitive discounts without reducing their own profit margins, helping build stronger customer relationships and improve client retention.

The system also enables service upgrades, allowing agents to use points for premium room bookings or additional services without increasing costs to clients. This capability helps create memorable experiences that distinguish their services from competitors.

Travel professionals can also accumulate points from client bookings to fund their own personal travel, creating an additional benefit from their business activities.

Program Continuity

While these three major updates represent significant improvements, RateHawk has maintained all existing general conditions and benefits of the loyalty program. The changes focus specifically on removing barriers and accelerating access to rewards rather than restructuring the fundamental program framework.

These enhancements position the RateHawk Pro Series loyalty program as a more competitive tool for travel professionals seeking maximum flexibility and faster access to their earned rewards.
