With nearly three decades of proven leadership in the host agency and travel sectors, Hernandez brings unmatched expertise in growth strategy, advisor engagement, and innovative technology solutions.
A Proven Leader in Travel
Hernandez has spent more than 28 years guiding large-scale growth initiatives, building advisor-first programs, and implementing cutting-edge technology platforms. Throughout his career, he has been widely respected for his ability to bridge strategy with execution and for creating models that allow travel advisors to thrive.

Hernandez’s appointment follows a year of transformational growth and recognition for OTN. In September 2025, the company announced the promotions of Kameish Stanley to Chief Commercial Officer and Sylwia Klimczak to Chief Financial Officer, joining President Kirsi Kiviranta and Chairman & CEO Lee Smolinski to form a dynamic leadership team focused on strategic expansion.
This strengthened executive team positions OTN to build on its recent achievements, which include being named CLIA Travel Agency of the Year, earning a place on the Travel Weekly Power List, and receiving the Top Growth Award from Sandals and Beaches Resorts.
With Hernandez now on board, OTN is poised to accelerate its momentum, expand its U.S. presence, and deliver even greater support to its growing advisor network.
