Diners seeking upscale options can still take advantage of extended COOLinary menus from the August festival. Several restaurants are continuing their prix-fixe offerings into fall, with establishments like Café Normandie, Compère Lapin and Court of Two Sisters extending special menus through September 30, while Fury's offers deals until October 31.
New restaurants are adding fresh energy to the scene, including The Kingsway for contemporary Asian tasting menus, Saint Claire from chef Melissa M. Martin, and Junebug featuring French cuisine with elegant décor. These additions complement the city's time-honored institutions, ensuring New Orleans maintains its reputation as America's ultimate food destination during the atmospheric autumn season.
