Jackie Friedman

Jackie Friedman, CTC, CTIE, is the president of Nexion, a fully licensed, bonded and accredited host agency with operations in both the United States and Canada. She oversees an operation that supports more than 3,300 independent, leisure and corporate travel professionals. Nexion is a branch of Tzell Travel Group, a Travel Leaders Group company. Jackie brings proven success in leading organizational change, implementing new programs and managing day-to-day operations. She joined the Nexion leadership team in 2004 and has been a part of the travel industry for 30 years, including a 15-year career with Sabre Travel Network and as a front-line agent and travel agency manager. Jackie is often asked to participate on industry panels and is a member of several travel industry advisory boards, including the boards of directors for both the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) and the Professional Association of Travel Hosts (PATH), along with advisory boards for CLIA, Celebrity Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line President’s Club, Royal Caribbean, Globus Presidents Council, Travel Insured International, Passport Online and the ASTA Corporate Advisory Council (CAC).
