Air Canada has announced a new reward program for travel advisors allowing them to collect tokens that can be cashed in for Aeroplan points.
Citing the “remarkable role in supporting the travel experience,” that advisors play, as well as their work “uniting people day-in and day-out through their knowledge, expertise, and unwavering dedication,” Mark Galardo, Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer and President, Cargo says this program will serve as a way to thank advisors for their work. "Offering this program to travel agents reflects our commitment to travel professionals and our deep appreciation for the incredible work that they do every day," he says.
The program will work based on Air Canada & Me tokens. For every dollar booked (that is flown) advisors will earn one token. 10 tokens can be converted to one Aeroplan point.
Once points are transferred into agents' Aeroplan account, they can redeem for a wide variety of benefits, such as:
- Redemptions on flights on Air Canada to 180+ global destinations starting at as little as 6,000 points, as well as on 45+ partner airlines, allowing them to reach over 1,300 destinations worldwide.
- Purchases from the Aeroplan eStore, which has 2,000+ gift cards and merchandise options from brands like Apple, Dyson, Amazon and more starting at 3,200 points.
- Redemptions for car rentals, upgrades, hotels, and other travel perks.
As a special launch promotion, advisors who sign up before Oct. 31, 2025 can get a head start on earning with 500 bonus tokens plus a 5X tokens bonus on all flights to Europe (terms and conditions apply.)
The Air Canada & Me program is open to Canadian advisors regardless of IATA/TIDS affiliation. You will need an Aeroplan membership to participate.
