In a heartfelt effort to give back to the local community, Emotions by Hodelpa Juan Dolio has signed a sponsorship agreement with the Hogar Escuela Caridad Misionera, a girls’ home located in San Pedro de Macorís, a coastal city just east of the capital, Santo Domingo.
The Hogar Escuela Caridad Misionera is home to 19 young girls and is lovingly cared for by a dedicated group of nuns, who provide not only food and shelter but also spiritual guidance, education, and emotional support. The sponsorship is part of Emotions by Hodelpa’s ongoing sustainability and corporate social responsibility program Ecogreen by Hodelpa, which focuses on uplifting the communities where its hotels operate.
With this new partnership, Emotions by Hodelpa now supports two girls’ homes in the Juan Dolio region:
- Pasitos de Jesús Girls’ Home
- Hogar Escuela Caridad Misionera
Emotions by Hodelpa, located in the beachside resort town of Juan Dolio, San Pedro de Macorís, is known not only for offering guests a relaxing Caribbean escape, but also for its deep-rooted commitment to sustainable tourism and social impact.
