Custom FIT tour operator Avanti Destinations is making it easier for travel advisors to plan travel with the launch of InstaQuote, a new vacation planning app that allows advisors to easily send a quote to a specific email address via a mobile device or laptop.
Users can fill in their information with their departure city, up to six destinations, number of nights, contact name, email address and more. After submitting the information, it generally takes up to four minutes to generate a personalized quote for the trip, which is sent to the client’s email address.
From there, advisors can sign into Avanti’s advisor portal to change and book the vacation.
“InstaQuote delivers the price of a complete custom FIT land package, including suggested transfers, sightseeing tours and experiences,” said Nate Guilfoyle, Director of Web Services at Avanti. “Since no login is required, advisors can post the InstaQuote QR code on their own website or on social media, and invite clients to find out instantly the approximate cost of that dream vacation. The email with a price usually arrives in 30 to 90 seconds. More complex itineraries can take up to four minutes.”
InstaQuote will soon also have a white-label functionality, which means that the emailed quote will be branded with the advisor’s agency name, contact information and logo.
